Waters Edge Cottages offer a spacious, fully-furnished, self-catering two-bedroom bungalow in the Norfolk Broads National Park, commonly known as the Norfolk Broads. Copperleaf, one of the Waters Edge Cottages, has 10m of private river frontage, private garden & boat dyke. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday with panoramic river views and abundant wildlife. Situated on the river Yare in the southern Broads, the location is much quieter & less commercialised than the main centres on the northern Broads, yet only 20-30 minutes by car to Wroxham, Potter Heigham & Norwich. Copperleaf's comfortable fully furnished self catering accommodation on the Norfolk Broads, is for a maximum of four people in two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size double bed with an ensuite toilet, TV & ample cupboard & drawer space. The second bedroom has twin beds & again, plenty of cupboard space. Bed linen with duvets & additional blankets are provided but guests should bring their own towels etc. This self catering cottage in the Norfolk Broads National Park has a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine. The lounge overlooking the river has freeview television, DVD player and electric heaters. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over & a wall heater.
The garden has frontage onto the River Yare where you can enjoy fishing, bird watching or just watch the boats go by. Garden furniture is provided. (Umbrella not supplied) A free rowing dinghy is available for guests to use. Dayboat hire can be arranged locally. Easy free parking for two cars. Electricity included in the price.
Regret no pets. Smokers are welcome but in consideration of other guests, we do ask that guests do not smoke in the bungalow.
